What is an OEM
Specbolt’s OEM matching bolts are the same as your original bolts that came on your ATV from the factory.Our OEM
Thesebolts arevery strong and wont strip out or round off like cheaper grade bolts will.
These are all heat treated, hardened, and zinc plated to look great and resist corrosion. Made too last the life of your motorcycle or ATV.
Can I findtheseat a local hardwarestore?
Asmost of usknow from experience, these types of fastenersare notavailable atour local hardware stores. The metric hex bolts found at Ace or Lowes are not the same.
These fasteners are only found at the cycle dealerships and expensive to purchase on an individual basis.
It’s nice tohave them on hand, rightwhen you need them.
What about OEM pushrivets?
Specboltgives you a nice selection ofhigh quality OEM type push rivets to fit your specific application. We have the 4 main sizes. M6, M7, and M8 push and M8 pry rivets. These are used extensively on most all current ATVs to mount various plastic and body pieces.
What about OEM
Specbolt uses OEM type flange nuts. You get agenerous assortment of flange nuts in M6, M8, and M10 sizes. You also get nylock nuts in M5, M6, M8, and M10 sizes.
What about metricwashers?
Washers are importantfor most everything including plastic bodywork, engine,and exhaust mounts. We include a nice variety of the most commonlyfound washers used on your bike.
Will I get anysealingwashers?
Specbolt kits contain 4 different, most needed sealing washers. These sealsare usedforyour oil drain plugs, coolant drain bolts, hydraulic brake lines, etc…
What if I haveaftermarket parts on mybike?
Specbolt kits include some additional sizes tofitsome of theaftermarket items on your bike as well…such as nerfbars etc… If you want to be sure to get the right size fasteners for your specific aftermarket part…just ask. We strive to get you everything you need.
Will Igetevery nut and bolt found on my bike?
What isn’tincluded?
This kit is designed as a maintenance only kit
and isa great assortmentof the most commonly usedfasteners found all over your bike.It is not a full onrestoration kit. It also doesn’t include shock or suspension/linkagebolts, axles/axle nuts, swing-arm bolt,and no case boltslonger than 40mm.
What if I want tocustomize my kit orrequest more ofa certain type offastener?
