1218X761DescriptionDescription-This is a used rear shock from a 2003 KTM 450 EXC. This will fit 1998-2016 KTM two and four stroke PDS KTM’s. It’s ideal for 2000-2007. If you ran this on 2008-2016 the valving would be pretty stiff, really only good for someone running a heavy spring (a heavy rider). Please message me if you’re not sure about fit, if you contact me, I can guarantee fit.
Condition- This shock works, both clickers work. The shock dampens, but it had oil residue on the shaft. It feels low on gas too, it doesn’t return to fully extended as quickly as it should. The spring preload adjustment collar is in good shape. The lower clevis is good too. This is a usable shock, but a shock that needs service or a great shock for parts. The shaft looks good and neither clicker is frozen. Please review the pictures and assess the condition for yourself as well.
