Handlebar pad cover only removed from a 1999 Polaris Scrambler 500. Part number 2682454. This is the outer vinyl wrap that goes around the foam handlebar pad the pad itself is not included.

Its in good used condition with no rips or major wear. Graphics are still clear, and the material is fully intact. Expect normal signs of age but nothing that affects function.
