What Is a Dual Idler?
Perfection is a processand after years of research and development, our dual idler gear portals are unlike anything youve seen before. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears dont do a thing if theyre not mated perfectly, though. Thats why we use precision CNC grinding and make our gears from ultra-strong 9310 steel alloy.

Wheel Requirements:
- 15 or larger wheel required
- 15 wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2 backspacing
